          M.R. Bongsebrahma Chakrabandhu, a royal descendant and truly accomplished man,had a vision. After receiving so many accolades in varied fields, he yearned to create an interior design and construction company that would surpass all others.  His dream would be the avenue for the expression of his intense creative talent. Jujak Construction Company became a reality in 1944.

          Within a short duration, Jujak Construction Co. built a solid name and reputation for quality and fine-furnished work through the efforts of M.R. "Broome" ( as he was affectionately called) Chakrabandhu. The first cocktail lounge in Thailand - " The Ambassador Bar" at Ratanakosin hotel - was the result of Jujak endeavor. Design for the Royal Palace received recognition and acclamation. In a private audience, a plaque of appreciation was presented to M.R. Broome Chakrabandhu by Her Majesty the Queen of Thailand on February 15, 1935.

           Numerous projects ensued through the Royal Government, commercial and private sectors. It was inevitable that international acclaim would follow. Jujak constructed the Thai Pavilion at New York's World Fair in 1964. The New York Post's review dated April 28, 1964 stated, " Perfect is the only world for it." , in reference to Thailand's Pavilion, " All other buildings on the ground may fail in some aspect, but not this one. " It was the ONLY Pavilion pictured in the New York Post. M.R. 'Broome' Chakrabandhu had realized his dream for perfection.

           In 1966 Jujak built the British Pavilion at the International Trade Fair in Bangkok. Letters of praise followed from the British government and the exhibition contractors in London.

           Jujak became synonymous with quality, prestige and amiable cooperation. Jujak was renowned among all sectors, both locally and internationally, for discriminating taste, artistic talent and strict attention to detail. Firmly established through numerous masterpieces ranging from Royal Palaces, government projects, commercial buildings to private residences - as a top Interior

          Designer / Decorator - M.R. 'Broome' Chakrabandhu died in 1971. This outstanding individual instilled his work ethic, aspiration for perfection and vision for the future in his five children. Through the next generation Jujak's fine reputation and international acclaim continues…and the founder's DREAM lives on….
